Excellent knife, very well built passes feeling ruggedness, and much resistance, mainly be cob full for its value found excellent

Knife is ok, workmanship is acceptable but I doubt it is hand forged. Pattern on the knife is consistent throughout but too consistent to show it was pressed dimple instead of hammer forged pattern. Knife cover is disappointing as don’t think it’s even cowhide. I would say it’s more of a PU material than a full cowhide. Overall for the price of the knife, I’m satisfied

Ordered 2 times, took mom, a universal knife for everything, good steel and a good design, well holds the sharpening. Replaced a lot of Hoz knives that lie now idle. Cuts even fresh soft bread is better than “files”
