Very sharp & nice looking knives yet all came with thinner blades than described so I’m rather disappointed. Sold as being 2.2mm but the santoku & nakiri are only 2mm, WORSE is the fact that the 8″ chef knife is closer to only 1.8mm as it is much thinner than a nickel (1.95mm, included a pic). I’m a bit pissed about the chef knife because these aren’t cheap and I never would’ve bought one thinner than 2mm-it’s too delicate & fragile for a blade this length and is actually thinner than the 5″ paring knife.
I’m with the other reviewer that thought these may be factory seconds that weren’t quite up to standards for small reasons. A 2.2mm blade only being 1.8mm is bullshit though, I feel lied to & misled. Three knives were crammed in one gutted out gift box for shipping.

I do not have to upload a picture, because the knives are exactly as you see in the internet. Wonderful knives, I am sure to have best possible kitchen knives that will guide me for a long time from now on.
Thank you for them, this is the second purchase of this kind of knive, I purchased the bread knive before. And am very happy with it.
